By accessing or using StylePal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

StylePal provides AI-powered outfit rating and style feedback. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service
• Use the Service to harass or harm others
• Circumvent any security or access controls

3. User Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant StylePal a limited license to process and analyze it to deliver the Service. We do not claim ownership of your photos.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are subject to the platform's refund policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

StylePal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated style feedback is for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of outfit ratings.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StylePal and RynovaLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
